  • If personal certificate has expired, but not lost, and if it was not renewed, please follow the instructions:

    • Send a *.pfx file to wmlight@webmoney.ru from an e-mail , used during the registration in the System. Provide your password and WMID. If an-email arrives from a different e-mail address please provide reasons of doing so and a password, used during registration.
    • If you prove to be a lawful holder of the WMID, an URL, containing a link to restore your certificate will be sent to an e-mail address, used during registration.
    • In this case, WMID Restoration Procedure is free of charge.


  • If your Personal Certificate is lost:

    To retrieve access to WMID you are to register a new WMID or use your second WMID if you have any. Please, specify this new WMID as your contact WM identifier to submit your retrieval application. All information about the retrieval process will be sent to your contact WMID. Your contact WMID must have a formal (or higher) passport. Retrieval applications can be submitted only by true holders of WM identifiers.
